A sanctuary
of slow design
Chapter 01
The Living Gallery
Our properties are not listings, but chapters. Each one a slow composition of concrete, wood, and the geometry of light. Stay, and let the room keep time for you.
Chapter I
80 East
A two-bedroom study in dark rest: matte black slate, hand-troweled plaster, and a bamboo partition that softens the sleeping rooms. Sleeps four. A round stone tub holds the last of the evening quiet.
Chapter 02
The Atelier
Our studio arm transforms existing spaces. We work with what is already there, preserving character while shaping what comes next, finding the right pieces, making thoughtful interventions, and allowing a space, with time, to become something entirely its own. Drag the divider to see what time and intention can do.
The Refined
The RawPROJECT · SAN CLEMENTE, 2026
- 01Survey
We listen to the bones of the space: light, mass, existing grain.
- 02Material
Microcement, travertine, walnut, brass. Honest materials that age well.
- 03Intervention
Minimal, structural moves. We remove before we add.
- 04Tempo
We let it settle. A room needs time to find its own rhythm.
Chapter 03
The Commons
A community ledger. Book clubs, retreats, and supper clubs that gather around a heavy oak table. Join the circle. We write when the next date is set.
